NEW DELHI: Maruti Suzuki's Vitara Brezza got four-star rating while Renault's basic model Lodgy got zero-star in a crash test, UK-based non-profit Global New Car Assessment Programme (NCAP) claimed on Thursday. In an official statement, GNCAP said Brezza with standard double airbags, ABS, and ISOFIX anchorages, achieved four stars for adult occupant protection and two stars for child occupant protection. Renault Lodgy The Renault Lodgy without airbags in its standard version achieved zero stars for adult occupant protection and two stars for child occupant protection. The zero star result was partly due to the lack of airbags which caused the head and chest to impact the steering wheel, NCAP said. An Indian cargo ship loaded with vehicles destined for Yemen sank on Wednesday off the coast of Yemen but without loss of life, media reports said. Rescuers saved all 9 crew members alive. All crew members had jumped off the ship to save lives. The cargo ship was loaded in Dubai, but the ship sank in the Arabian Sea. The ship was caught in a storm off the coast.
